Additional Information
The objective of this flight was to measure the flux of smoke crossing into Bolivia between Cuiaba and Vilhena; and then follow this flux of smoke to its source region near Alta Floresta. The ER-2 also overflew the sunphotometer at Alta Floresta before returning to Brazilia.

Problems:

  • Slice 3 / Track 3: Numerous sections of data are missing in bands #42-#50 due to port 4 failures on the MAS
  • Slice 3 / Track 4: Numerous sections of data are missing in bands #42-#50 due to port 4 failures on the MAS
