MASTER May 2003 spectral calibration

Three bands in each port were measured in May 2003.
The spectral shifts of +2nm, +5nm, +1nm, and +5nm were found
in ports 1, 2, 3, and 4 respectively.  The shifts were constant 
across each port.  April 2003 spectral calibration results were
shifted by the above values to reflect May 2003 spectral positions.
