2/6/99 MASTER post-deployment calibration

Bands 1-25 did not spectrally shift with respect to 11/98 (pre-deployment) measurement.  Pre-deployment cal is identical to post-deployment cal.  

All bands in port 3 (26-40) shifted by +3nm from 11/98.  2/99 results were derived by shifting 11/98 results of port 3 measurement by 3 nm.

Bands in port 4 (41-50) shifted unevenly but within uncertainties of measurement (<5nm). Port 4 bands were re-measured.
