MASTER April 2002 spectral measurement

All bands were measured and atm. corrected in April 2002.
The spectral shifts of 0nm in port 1, 0nm in port 2, 
14nm in port 3, and 20nm in port 4 were found when the 
results were compared to November 2001 data.  Relatively
small shifts do not warrant re-alignment and therefore
April 2002 data is to considered both post-deployment and
next pre-deployment calibration.
