ANCILLARY INFORMATION

Flight: 99-005-06
Date: June 3, 1999
Aircraft: DOE B-200 Kingair
Deployment: RSL Jun 99
Flight Location: Albuquerque & Sevillita, NM
Principal Investigator: Amy Budge (Univ NM); Thomas Schmugge (USDA)
Additional Sensors: RC-30 (CIR)
Objective: Sevillita Track - Develop approaches for using the multispectral thermal infrared (TIR) data acquired by ASTER to study the surface energy balance. The multispectral TIR data will be used to seperate the temperature and emissivity effects in the emission from the land surface. The VNIR data is required to estimate the vegetation cover. Albuquerque Tracks - coming soon
